Parcels leave us within 1 to 3 business days, and the tracking number goes out by email that same day. If yours has gone missing, give us the order number and email below and we will send the details again.

Still nothing after 1 to 3 business days? Email support@ferntrailmarket.com and quote the order number. We will chase it for you.
